Poem for Earls Court Bookshop Window

This appeared in the window of the Samaritans Bookshop in Earls Court as part of their regular 'Poets Window' - the theme for that March was 'Dream'.

Dream Words Sung by a Doo-wop Band

It was his act
It was actual
Hippocampus

It was his single working beat
His one dream was incubated
It was an epilepsy seahorse

There is a userface of him
These are unusual for him
His face is a face of him

There is a catapult of sky
This was a pelt of paper
The cat skims the milk
